Often I invite my students to bring their attention to their motivation for attending the class that day. In doing so you can bring intention and focus to your specific goals and tailor the group class in a way which resonates with your motivations, your needs and requirements.
I highlight the 5 main categories our motivations usually fall into, they include:
Increasing flexibility/range of movement
Creating equanimity - peace of mind
Developing postural integrity/stability through greater alignment
Enhancing the efficacy of each organ system in the body.
